The Collegium Humanum was an ecofascist organisation in Germany from 1963 to 2008. It was established in 1963 [1] as a club, was first active in the German environmental movement, then from the early 1980s became a far-right political organisation and was banned in 2008 by the Federal Minister of the Interior Wolfgang Schäuble due to "continued denial of the Holocaust".
The university was established in 2018 by the decision of the Minister of Science and Higher Education at the request of the Institute of International Studies and Education Humanum Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw and was then entered into the Register of Private Universities of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education under the number of 383.

On 12 September 2024, Czarnecki and his wife Emilia Hermaszewska were charged with corruption, receiving 92,000 Złoty ($23,000) from Collegium Humanum – Warsaw Management University via fake employment of Hermaszewska at C.H. in return for using his political influence to help the university open branches abroad, particularly in Uzbekistan.
