If you aren't already on your Subscriptions page, click My Services | My Subscriptions. Click Manage next to the plan you'd like to cancel. If prompted, verify your account. Click Cancel. Sign in to the AOL Account Security page. Scroll to the bottom of the page. First add a new email or phone number. Enter your new recovery info and follow the on-screen prompts. Click remove next to the old recovery option. Click Remove email or Remove phone to confirm.
