[9] Racine is situated 22 miles (35 km) south of Milwaukee and approximately 60 miles (100 km) north of Chicago.
The Racine Heritage Museum is a historical museum building and former Carnegie library, located at 701 S. Main St. in downtown Racine, Wisconsin.
