The Ponderosa II House ( Lorne Greene 's house) was built in 1960 and is located at 602 S. Edgewater Dr. The house was built by actor Lorne Greene, who played Ben Cartwright, the patriarch of the Cartwright family in the popular 1960s TV series Bonanza. The house is a replica of Bonanza's Ponderosa Ranch House.
