Engineer-in-Chief (Bangladesh army) Engineer in Chief ( ENC) is a principal staff officer of the Bangladesh Army in army headquarters and a technical advisor to the Chief of Army Staff on combat engineering and military works matters. He is head of the Military Engineering Service and has technical control on Corps of Engineers.
