Countryside Mall (formerly Westfield Countryside) is a shopping mall in Clearwater, Florida. Situated near the coastline on the Gulf Coast, it serves over 9 million customers every year, and is home to five anchor stores, a 12-screen CMX Cinemas, numerous restaurants, and an ice skating rink.
The shopping center was developed by Ernest W. Hahn in 1982 and opened as Palm Desert Town Center. The $75 million project spanned 62 acres (25 ha) and included four major department stores, 130 inline shops, an eight-screen theater, a food court and an indoor ice skating rink. Other stores included "What's Up" and The Balboa Beach Company.

A skating rink in the southeastern corner of Central Park was first proposed in 1945. In 1949, philanthropist Kate Wollman (1869–1955) donated $600,000 for the rink's construction to commemorate her family. She is the great-aunt of Henry and Richard Bloch, co-founders of H&R Block.
In 2016, the mall took in $6,180,000 in net income. On August 22, 2017, Lakeforest Mall was sold at auction for $19.1 million, a fraction of the $100 million price tag from 2012, spurring rumors of possible closure in the future. The auction came after the mall's owner, Five Mile Capital, went into foreclosure.

The main building is a 47,000-square-foot (4,400 m 2) facility, a figure skating lounge, three party rooms, a skate rental and sharpening area, four locker rooms and a food concession area.
