El Tiempo (English: "Time" or "The Times") is a nationally distributed broadsheet daily newspaper in Colombia launched on January 30, 1911. As of 2019 [update] , El Tiempo had the highest circulation in Colombia with an average daily weekday of 1,137,483 readers, rising to 1,921,571 readers for the Sunday edition.

José Alberto Tejada. José Alberto Tejada Echeverri (7 June 1957 – 28 February 2024) was a Colombian journalist, politician and accountant. He was recognized for covering the 2021 Colombian protests. [1] Tejada was elected to the Chamber of Representatives in the 2022 legislative election within the coalition of the Historical Pact for Colombia.
Isaías Duarte Cancino was born in San Gil, Santander on February 15, 1939, in the home formed by Crisanto Duarte Pilonieta and Elisa Cancino Arenas. He was the youngest of seven siblings. He did his high school in Bucaramanga at Colegio Santander. Then he entered the seminary of Pamplona, Norte de Santander.
In 1983 and 1984, she presented the musical El Show de las Estrellas, directed by Jorge Barón. In 1984, she became the international editor of the Grupo Radial Colombiano (a network founded by the Cali Cartel), directed by Carlos Lemos Simmonds. In 1985, she became the anchorwoman of the newscast Telediario, directed by Arturo Abella.
