This is Dr. Cassandra J. Johnson's 29th year as an educator. Prior to coming to Bedford City School District to serve as the Assistant Superintendent for the past 4.5 years, Dr. Johnson graduated from Ashland University with her undergraduate degree in Computer Science Education in spring of 1994.

Bedford High School (grades 9-12) offers about 180 courses that meet a wide range of student interests and skill levels. In addition to our courses in the core areas, we also offer honors, Advanced Placement, and College Credit Plus options, where students may be able to earn college credits via their high school experience.

2024 Bedford Board of Education Meeting Schedule All meetings are scheduled on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month with noted exceptions. Both regular meetings and work sessions begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.
