Log in, click on the cast tab, scroll down to the discounts section (bottom left) click on travel and hotel discounts, click n Walt Disney world room discounts, then click on make a resort reservation and it will bring you to a booking application that looks pretty much like the public one. Go to the hub, click walt disney world. then click work. now on the left quick links, click EXCHANGE shifts NOT give away a shift. click post shift. put in the info for the shift you are wanting to give away.

Then click on view/submit labor requests, then its something like "ask time off schedule" You have to pick the week ending date and then use the drop downs for individual days.
