Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta ( / ʊhʊrʊ / born 26 October 1961) is a Kenyan politician who is the president of Kenya serving since 2013. Uhuru served as the member of parliament (MP) for Gatundu South from 2002 to 2013. He also served as Deputy Prime Minister from 2007 to 2013.
