The Del E. Webb Construction Company was a construction company that was founded in 1928 and developed by Del Webb. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, United States, it became the Del E. Webb Corporation in 1960. The same year, the corporation unveiled Sun City, outside Phoenix, as the first sun city senior homes designed by Del E. Webb.

The Ronstadt House – built in 1904 and located at 607 N. 6th Ave. The House was designed and built for Fredrick Ronstadt, a Tucson pioneer, wagon maker, hardware company owner, and Tucson's first automobile dealer. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on February 26, 1979, reference: #79000423.

It is located in 6713 N. 57th Drive. Renovations were made to the building and it now houses the Desert Rose Cigar Lounge & Club. The Beet Sugar Factory Building – It was built in 1906. The one million dollar Beet Sugar Factory was built by the Arizona Sugar Company, founded by William John Murphy. It produced sugar until 1913.

The Andre Building – built in 1888 and located at 401-403 S. Mill Ave.. While living in Phoenix, R. G. Andre built the commercial building at the southwest corner of Mill and 4th Street in 1888, and opened a saddle and harness shop. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on August 10, 1979 reference #79000419.
