As the community began to grow and more schools were required, the school board adopted the policy of honoring Ohio's presidents by assigning their names to the school buildings. While attending Rocky River High School, she earned NSCAA All-American honors and was named 2013-2014 Gatorade Ohio Girls Soccer Player of the Year. [2] As a forward she scored a school-record 43 goals in 2013 to help the Rocky River Pirates win their first-ever state championship.
